Outdoor Team Building and Leadership Workshop
The workshop places faces each individual with a sequence of projects that recall change, challenge and decision making issues characteristic of daily work situations.
Each project allows the participant to measure his results and allow him to evaluate his own, as well as his team's performance, against agreed-upon goals.
As each project is finished, participants assess their strengths and weaknesses, take advantage of the learning derived from the experience and decide on what his / her next steps are to be to enhance his / her personal effectiveness.
Thus, participants carry out a continuous evaluation process that allows for self and team leadership style adjustment.
