Lic. Carlos Altschul

Director. Specializes in change processes and negotiation. Directed numerous Transformation, Partnering and Conflict Resolution projects. Was awarded the Master of Science and PhD degrees in Social and Counseling Psychology at Iowa State University; studied Chemical Engineering and supervised Industrial and Reliability Engineering areas for Ford Argentina and Deere & Co, USA. His book on the Strategic Negotiation summarizes twenty years of experience as a negotiator.

 

Marina Altschul

 

Specializes in Management Styles, Leadership and Team Building. Defines training needs, designs and facilitates workshops on Performance Management, Negotiation and Supervisory Training, within change programs in corporations. Certified by Consulting Psychologist Press for the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Studied in Evergreen State College, Olympia WA and completed her education in graduate programs on Human Resources Management and Leadership.

 

Alberto Dobal

 

Coordinates Team Building and Management Development workshops. He specializes in technical subject areas. His Universidad de Buenos Aires degree is in Education. Served as Training Manager for Sud América Seguros, and CESVI Argentina. Was awarded scholarships to the International Work Organization in Geneva, Switzerland in Work Force Professionalization, and directs innovative projects in manufacturing and trainer education.
